Since his superhuman transformation Captain Smogbuster has re-invented himself as Solar-powered Stan – revelling in his green-powered lifestyle. Meanwhile ‘Carbie’ - a CO2 molecule – is getting increasingly agitated as Stan describes her effect on the planet as an over-produced greenhouse gas.

Carbie doesn’t get it. Surely houses are not green "unless you’re in the army!" Barely keeping his own cool in the face of Carbie’s stubborn refusal to understand the facts Stan explains the meaning of infra red heat, how it gets trapped in the atmosphere by Nitrous Oxide, Mighty Methane and of course the most widespread Greenhouse gas of them all: Carbie herself.

Stan’s clarification of where all these gases have come from seems to finally turn on the light of understanding in Carbie’s Melting Mind sending her almost round the bend. “We’re in troooooouble!” she screams as she heads dangerously for the audience. But Stan has a plan, and with the help of audience volunteers and a few laughs he displays the habits that will save our planet from climate disaster.
